T.J. could play vs. Javelinas

T.J. Nickleberry, the former Palo Duro defensive standout, could be back on the field for West Texas A&M for the South Division opener vs. Texas A&M-Kingsville. Nickleberry missed the entire 2007 season with a knee injury and his rehab has spilled over into this season. Coach Don Carthel said his lineman has been practicing and could get into the Kingsville game for 15-25 plays. Defensive end Dexter Manley II and center Tommy Crowley did not play vs. Azusa Pacific in order to rest injuries. Manley could play this weekend against Southwestern Oklahoma State but Crowley likely will miss the game with a foot injury.
